Hand adaptation:

Precise contour elements enable the component to be tested to be accurately fitted. An ergonomic shape of the hand adapter made of impact-resistant, robust POM makes operation particularly comfortable. Since the service life of the adaption is generally >100,000 cycles, there is high wear resistance.

The signal contact is made using spring-loaded contact pins with contact forces of typically 1.5 to 3 Newtons. Appropriate contact means are available for almost all contact types for safe and low-resistance contacting. High-current contacts of up to 100 amperes are also possible with spring-loaded contact pins.

Query switches for plug-in depths or add-on parts can be integrated. When the adapter is attached, the component to be tested is automatically locked. The adaptations for high-voltage testing are suitable for insulation measurement up to 3,000 volts. In order to be able to contact inaccessible places, interfering contours are considered.

All connecting lines are flexible and oil-resistant and can be routed in the protective hose if required. Of course, we take care of the customer-specific assembly of the cable ends or the connection services.

Machine adaptation:

Here, too, precise contour elements ensure that the component to be tested is accurately fitted. A high wear resistance is given by a service life of the adaption of usually >100,000 cycles. Bevels are used for automatic centering between the component and the contact.

Floating contact assembly provides X-Y balance and zero return. A Z-compensation is achieved by a conical lifting mechanism and a zero position reset. The delivery of the adaptation is automatic.

End position monitoring for the inserted component is included. The signal contacting takes place via spring-loaded contact pins with contact forces of typically 1.5 to 3 Newtons. Appropriate contact means are available for almost all contact types for safe and low-resistance contacting.
